User agent override for URL preview #9822

In Europe, YouTube recently started redirecting to a GDPR consent page that makes the URL preview useless.

However, this redirect does not happen when the user agent starts with "curl".

It would be nice if I could override the user agent for the URL preview client to make these previews work again.
