Detail of Subtask

Switch TN from the write mode to the replay mode:

  1. Stop merge scheduler to schedule new tasks
  2. Abort all merge txns (prepared txn cannot be aborted).
  3. Flush should be stopped

Switch TN from the replay mode to the write mode:
Start merge scheduler
