It doesn't download the image I want even do I already pay the subscription for the premium version of the app

• What actions did you take to save the image? (e.g., Press and hold the image on the post detail screen and select "Download")
• What do you mean by "not downloading"?
  • Is it that the photo viewer does not display the image?
  • Have you checked if the file is downloaded using the Files app?
• App version, OS version, and device name

I save it using the bulk download.
I already check my gallery and my files but I don't found anything at all, even after restarting my phone.
Android version on Google play store. Vivo V23
