[Request] Ability to hide entries (especially PRs) from daily summary

I submitted a PR to a public repo 6 months ago. I'm getting a reminder about it every day even though there's nothing actionable until the repo owner eventually takes a look.

I'd really like to stop seeing a reminder about this every single day. I still want it in the upper left toolbar this plugin adds, but unless someone replies to my PR (or leaves a comment), there's no value add created by getting daily notifications for this.

It would be really nice to be able to hide something, especially PRs, from the daily summary (and have it automatically show up again the day after there is any activity)
