Lower log severity of "Emoji is not supported by Github" warning

It's pure noise, and it's running for any message even if it's not from the GitHub plugin.

I suggest to either just remove the warning or change it to debug level, and additionally only run this code for reactions to messages created by this plugin where it matters if the emoji exists on github or not.
