Undocumented dependency for uml_mconsole

uml_tools are now compiled dynamically (because of compatibility issues with Ubuntu distributions).
uml_mconsole is the only tool that, besides standard libraries, also requires libreadline.so.6 to be installed on the host. This should be at least checked by check_configuration.sh.

Could you elaborate the problem ? My latest version (2.11) is working well with static links, I don't see the advantage of the dynamic linking in this case (and it is very problematic when you need to work on a minimal distributions which do not contain minimal dependencies).
