Summary of changes

Asana Ticket: Convert old Upcoming Board Meetings ¶ to Reusable Content List

Conclusion to #85. Requires deployment of mbta/cms#298 FIRST.

  • Removes UpcomingBoardMeetings struct, template and view support
  • Remove backwards compatibility for Event structs in event_list template
  • This need is now fulfilled by using Event-based ContentList paragraphs
