machineQ support is incomplete

We don't have a way to select machineQ at build time that then gets honored by the levels above us. We are able to process the machineQ regions. As/if we want to add support for other networks, this will be more and more painful. We need an object that comes out of the system that resolves to the correct Arduino_LoRaWAN_... for the selected region and network.
