Handle endpoint list path from ghhops_server

It is pretty easy to forget that you need to set a path to a specific endpoint in Hops when using the ghhops_server. For the case where the path is set to the top level url of a ghhops_server, a list of endpoints is returned to Hops. When this happens maybe we can present the user with a list of endpoints to chose from for setting the specific endpoint path to call.
