I always run the collector again when browsers become stable. So, I'm closing this incomplete and failing PR in favor of #24331 which has all the WebCodec related APIs that we can observe as shipping from tests. In there Fx Android is set to false. |

WebCodecs API is supported in desktop from FF130, but is only in nightly on Android, in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1908572
This replaces the partial/preview and puts android to "preview" (which gives a warn with
npm run test).Related docs work can be tracked in mdn/content#35695
