Per project configuration

It would be cool if we could include project specific configurations in the ~/.magedbm/config file. This would allow people to have the project installed globally and have specific project values set without having to pass arguments through on the command line.

Things like project paths would be nice to have saved in the config.

I came here to submit the same request. It would be nice to have a config which provides default data and exclusion of data values (not just tables) in the export.

If I find some spare time I may try to tackle this and submit a PR.
