What feature do you want to improve?
The cht-logs script get added to the PATH as a part of any cht-conf installation. However, it does not support getting logs for the CHT 4.x architecture (and may not even support 3.x). The README docs do indicate it works for 2.x.

Describe the improvement you'd like
Our official documentation points to a script in cht-core that can be used for downloading logs from a CHT 4.x instance. It seems like we should consider removing cht-logs from here in favor of that script, or we should perhaps uplift cht-logs with the functionality from that script....

Describe alternatives you've considered
We could do nothing since it is not really hurting anything (besides being a bit confusing as to why it exists...).
