It Should Work On .PDF Files

With humbleness, may I politely ask the developers of this excellent dictionary extension to make it work on PDF files?

I read many books on my PC, most in PDF format.

What would it take to make this awesome dictionary extension compatible with PDF files?

I think the extension is not the issue but the browser itself doesn't allow extensions to work on local pdf files at least on firefox, here's a workaround for firefox
