First of all: I wonder if this is still maintained. If not, feel free to close this issue.

TLS Fingerprinting: v2ray/discussion#704
~~VMess Active Probing: v2ray/v2ray-core#2523~~ (no, this is server side issue)
mKCP Recognition: v2ray/v2ray-core#2530
~~Failed to Parrot HTTP Server: v2ray/v2ray-core#2537~~ (server side issue)

A review of the code repository shows that these bugs still exist.
If users are still using Mellow, they should know what's happening.
