Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It is now quite unclear how can new collaborator build and test his changes.

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. Add short description to readme.md
  2. Makefile not doesn't use OS and ARCH environment variables although they present and are filled. It makes cross-platform compilation painful. drone-cache phony should use these variable to build app.
