Use a third party tracker list for default trackers

Add the possibility to automatically update the default list from a third party curated list.

Add an option (need user manual modification, break updates) to use a static list (like yet).

Require GreaseMonkey or compatible (like Tampermonkey) API GM_setValue and GM_getValue (see also @grant) to store downloaded list to be reused later without redownload the list for each page (cached list)
