anvi-profile -i BAM_FILE.bam --list-contigs no longer works with v1.1.0

Linda reported that with anvi'o v1.1.0, running this command gives an error:

$ anvi-profile -i 204_3contigs_6M.bam --list-contigs
usage: anvi-profile [-h] [-i INPUT_BAM] -c CONTIGS_DB [-d PROFILE]
                    [--cluster-contigs] [-o DIR_PATH] [-W] [-S NAME]
                    [--report-variability-full] [-M INT] [-X INT] [-V INT]
                    [--list-contigs] [--contigs-of-interest FILE]
anvi-profile: error: argument -c/--contigs-db is required

A contigs database is not required for this operation, yet while I updated the interfaces for command line tools I must have missed that.

I will fix this in the repository, but it will not be available until v1.1.1.
