Mock profile db for storing state for manually initiated interactive instances

This becomes a big problem. When people use the interactive interface with manually curated files (such as a tree, a fasta file, and associated data; see an example here in the tests directory), they can't store the state of their visualization.

To overcome this limitation a mock profile db can be generated.
