I am receiving the OTP to email but it's not redirecting to otp entering screen |

I'm getting this error after submit username password form on my realm with Browser flow configured to use the Email OTP.
I installed the keycloak-2fa-email-authenticator-0.3.0-KC21.1.0.jar on /opt/keycloak/providers/ folder on a docker container running keycloak.
Furthermore, I can setting up the SMTP and can select the Email OTP execution on my browser flow.
However, the below exception on the plugin code.
