Add turn off Image resize option

Resizing image when upload to Mastodon instance.

Describe the solution you'd like
We confirmed that when the Metatext app uploads an image to the server, it uploads an image with a smaller size than the original. Our instance is designed to receive high-quality images, but compared to that, it is too small in size. I confirmed that the 4032x3024 size is reduced to 1280x960 size.

Please add the Turn off image resize option.
