• Add transliteration feature by default, see Handle accents #45 , handling non ascii chars when building file name #50, Add transliteration #63, #63 Add transliteration #64
• Change the relative option to default to false or remove it altogether, see Duplicating folder/image during build #39. Root-relative URL's are the way to go. If more flexibility is needed one can create a custom markdown renderer that alters link values. The reason of existence for the relative option given in What is the logic behind relative paths here? #10 is too weak compared to its drawbacks. This use case should be tested before making a final call (unit test)

• add a unit test for handling number-only folders, fix what goes wrong in Files being deleted from other plugins #60
