Ramp type selection only possible in cliff menu #61

The usage of the ramp tool is a bit confusing as there isn't an option to change the ramp type, it just follows the cliff type selected.

Thus I would suggest to either include the ramp tool in the cliff section or allow the selection of the ramp type in the ramp menu.
