MDBlist Catalogs keep disappearing

Hello there. This is a strange problem I am facing.

The MDBlists I have added to mediafusion, sometimes a few of them keep disappearing from mediafusion catalogs. Generating a new MDBlist api key and verifying again solves the issue for a few hours and the missing catalogs show up again, but then one or two of them disappear again after couple of hours later. It happens whenever I change the order that I want them to appear, as well as the sorting of the movies/series in the lists. On both my google tv and android phone I see the catalogs missing, but strangely enough, it shows on windows.

The MDBlist instegration has been really helpful, but this issue just keeps happening no matter what I do. I tried installing mediafusion from scratch, regenerated realdebrid token and MDBlist api and reinstalled mediafusion again, but catalogs keep disappearing.
