I would prefer "Orchestrating microbiome analysis" in header and other informal things; it is easier to remember; especially OMA (it means grandma in German which is funny coincidence when we have also "mia").
In the cover page we could have the "official" name "Orchestrating microbiome analysis with Bioconductor".
We can highlight the data science thing in the text in cover page. There is already a section about "Microbiome data science in Bioconductor" in introduction chapter.
Title options:
Data science might be useful to have in the title (analysis can also refer to other than computational methods).
Bioconductor in title would be informative and in line with OSCA (https://bioconductor.org/books/release/OSCA/) and OSTA
