Is there a stable Bot Framework Composer version that works with both CLU and intent trigger phrases?

Hello Everyone.

If I run the latest version of Bot Composer Framework for Windows, I cannot install the CLU package because the program always errors when I try with a certificate error.

It is this issue - #9662 (it is also referenced here - #9742)

I install the nightly build there (from the 9662 thread, and I can install the package, BUT, whenever I create a new intent using IntentRecognised I no longer get the option to enter trigger phrases during the creation process, it just never appears.

But I get that on the latest stable build at least.

So, I am stuck, I need both those features but either/or doesn't work in different versions of Bot Composer Framework.

How do I solve this?

Can I possibly edit the entity JSON to add trigger phrases manually? How would I do it?
