The Mixed Reality Toolkit Microsoft Teams Conversation is one of the main forums for directly contacting both maintainers and contributors to the MRTK. Discussions around architecture, upcoming features and other general announcements can be found here.
Some of the most valuable pieces of feedback on the Mixed Reality Toolkit is to use it and file issues and/or feature requests! This feedback is invaluable in making this a product that developers can use to create delightful Mixed Reality experiences across AR/VR/XR devices.

Stack Overflow is a great place to ask for how-to using MRTK or troubleshooting an issue. Use the tag "mrtk" for it show up in the developer team's sights.
For issues related to Windows Mixed Reality that aren't directly related to the MRTK, check out the Windows Mixed Reality Developer Forum
A large community of both Microsoft and non-Microsoft HoloLens and Augmented Reality developers also have a Slack Channel. To gain immediate access, feel free to request an invite!
