Describe the bug
When a new checklist is generated from PowerStig and opened in DISA STIG Viewer (2.8), the target data from the computer that is used is blank. It also doesn't appear in the .ckl file.

To Reproduce

  1. Generate a new checklist.
  2. Open the checklist in STIG Viewer 2.8
  3. Look at the Target Data panel on the left side of the screen. Host Name, IP Address, MAC Address, and Fully Qualified Domain Name are all blank.

Expected behavior
At least one of these values should be populated, regardless of how the checklist was generated by PowerStig.

Additional context
When system administrators or information assurance staff are reviewing checklist files, they need to know which server is impacted by a checklist, regardless of how many STIGs have been applied or will be applied.
