Description of the new feature / enhancement

The PowerToys Run feature will not remember the place i put it in. If I keep it at the top of the screen, it will reset back when i close it and open it again. Please fix this.

Scenario when this would be used?

It might be annoying because having it in the middle of the screen overlay with whatever you're doing.
