Find My Mouse duration

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I'd like to be able to set the time the duration of the spotlight in Find My Mouse. I'd also like to be able to toggle it off and on permanently.

Scenario when this would be used?

While I'm recording screen videos,, I'd like to turn it on and off at certain times to draw attention to the location of the pointer.
