Steps to reproduce

Hi so you cannot scroll down a list in PowerToys with a mouse, not sure if this is happening just to me but it happened on the version before this too. Both on Admin permission and non admin permision.

✔️ Expected Behavior

To scroll

❌ Actual Behavior

Not Scrolling down, you have to select the right side bar and drag it down.

Can you specify what list you mean exactly?

I don't mean a specific list, example in General, FancyZones and all other ones. Found the problem, having X-Mouse Button Control software running even if you didn't remap the wheel up and wheel down key it blocks it from scroll for some reason. (this does not happen anywhere else like chrome and other softwares)

I also have this issue, it's rectified by disabling "scroll window under cursor" in XMouseButtonControl.

Can confirm that this solved the issue.

Yep, same here ^ disabling X Mouse Button Control scroll window under cursor fixed the issue
