Description of the new feature / enhancement

  1. Remove the Mouse pointer in the highlight circle.

  2. Change the Overlay opacity into two Two different opacity options， One for Spotlight the onther for Background.

Scenario when this would be used?

Any time.

the 0% Spotlight opacity is widely used, but I cound't achieve this effect here.
