Steps to reproduce

When I mute the camera, it sends this to Teams. In Zoom it works as expected.

✔️ Expected Behavior

It should send a still image (or black) to the video application.

❌ Actual Behavior

Since this is still OPEN i would think that this has not been patched yet.

Thanks for the feedback but VCM is moving to maintenance only in the 0.67 timeframe. Our team will only directly address critical bugs, security and accessibility issues.

We'll accept community PRs for enhancements.
