Description of the new feature / enhancement

I really like the Text Extractor feature, and uninstall the extra chrome extension I had for extracting text. From this tool I got the idea of QR code reader for which I'm also using another chrome extension but I would love to have a feature like this on PowerToys so we are able to read QR code from anywhere,

Scenario when this would be used?

Most of the time there are QR code on internet or for sharing file via QR code I have to scan QR code to get the information for that purpose I use third party chrome extension. So I really feel this feature should be have in PowerToys.
