Description of the new feature / enhancement

Find my mouse feature works find, except one tiny setting is missing, which is ability to make the Spotlight color transparent.

Scenario when this would be used?

With this setting I will be able to make Background color darker and the spotlight color transparent which results in making the mouse cursor stand out during presenting or screen recording,
