Description of the new feature / enhancement

i never really understood why Power Toys; features as of 0.65, one would think it a feature but...

1. it has never been

• intuitive dependent on one's perspective. the gestures are nice. the "commands" are getting easier to remember think this suite simply needs to be made without having to read instructions while still allowing the user to feel intelligent.

Scenario when this would be used?

well i am using win 10 and the "fancy zones" are nice espectially with a multi monitor setup. however you do not overwhelm the individual

PowerToys are a suite of different utilities. We are trying out a few things to see if they can help with education along with trying out a quick launch system as well.
