Description of the new feature / enhancement

Add folder to explorer quick access sidebar, but be able to rename the folder as if it a shortcut without renaming the original folder.

Scenario when this would be used?

Many programs require specific file path names, with this feature users can quickly find their most prioritized projects with their own custom naming.

Supporting information

Windows 10 lacks this such easy feature! Here is an article of a ridiculous workoutaround, also read all the comments of people complaining. This would make PowerToys #1.

https://winaero.com/rename-quick-access-pinned-folders-in-windows-10/ describes the same method.

This is quite a tedious method, but it works to give unique names i.e. rename folders pinned to Quick Access. Maybe some day, Microsoft will improve Quick Access feature and add native ability to rename pinned items. As of this writing, the most recent Windows 10 build 14388 does not come with the ability to rename Quick Access pinned items.
