Description of the new feature / enhancement

The PowerToys Run search box currently re-centres in the middle of the screen. An option to either retain the previous position of the search box or to customise it to a top corner would mean it doesn't cover up the rest of your screen when you want to search something.

Scenario when this would be used?

When calculating something, it covers up the content which is usually in the middle of the screen.
