Provide a description of requested docs changes

I've tried countless times to use Power Rename and have never once succeeded. I've followed numerous instructions (including the Power Rename documentation). Absolutely all instructions are completely unclear and too complicated.
Why can't anyone make a file rename app that's simple and actually works? Example: Rename all files in this folder. Use numbers to rename. Start at #1.
