Steps to reproduce

The Stereolithography thumbnail preview was enabled by default, I was not too fond of the color, so I changed it. But the thumbnails kept rendering with the old color, except when I switched to "Large icons" or "Extra large icons" in the view panel. Even after rebooting and restarting file explorer, nothing changed, still the old color in my usual viewing size for icons. Then I disabled the STL preview rendering, and it was still there, it didn't disable, even after rebooting and restarting file explorer. I then tried downloading Papa's Best STL viewer and thumbnail renderer, but the Powertoys one was still there.

✔️ Expected Behavior

I expected the color to change after a reboot, and the function to be disabled after disabling and rebooting

❌ Actual Behavior

The color partially changed, and the function wasn't disabled

This is expected. Previously generated thumbnails are never deleted by PowerToys.
