Move PowerToys Run location

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I would like the ability to move the input box location like I can with Quick Accent. It could also take care of displaying the search results above the input box rather than below when the box is set to be in the lower half of the screen and give the option to display first result from the top down or from the down up with inverting the behavior of the tab button.

Scenario when this would be used?

My screen is already quite high compared to my head level and having to look in the upper half of my screen when using the run window is something I find uncomfortable. I got used to having it display at the bottom left of my screen with win+r and I would like to keep it centered but in the lower half of the screen like I set up for Quick Accent (bottom center).

Supporting information

I understand this may sound trivial but I would really appreciate having the option for UX comfort. I otherwise love the feature and quick keyboard shortcut to activate it.
