This feature should be able to scan a QR code and decode it within the laptop itself.
Something like the snipping tool feature to capture custom screenshots, where you can only select the area of the QR code that you want to read from.
Show the decoded link/message without directing it to the specified location/message simultaneously for security purposes.
Scenario when this would be used?
This feature will save time rather than a person downloading any other 3rd party, high-resource consumption applications to decode QR codes within their machines.
Most people are using their mobile phones to decode QR codes on their machines, where later they will transfer whatever is decoded back to the machine via email, text, etc.
