(1) remove duplicate File Locksmith and PowerRename context menu entries in Windows Explorer

PowerRename:
(2) always show "x" (clear text) button in "Search for" and "Replace with" fields when they are not focused
(3) Apply to "Filename only" by default
(4) show checked items only under "Renamed"
(5) trim whitespace at the end of file name (same as beginning of file)

Hello and thanks for your message. What version are you using? A quick first answer:

1. Known issue, see also Power rename showing twice in the context menu when clicking on an empty space #25361. Image Resizer has the same issue (nr. 20255)
2. I believe this is a property of the control itself. Deviating from default UX is a choice that has to be made by "somebody with a higher paygrade"
3. What's the default setting for a fresh installation, again?
4. Can you specify a bit more? If I understand correctly, an item would disappear when unchecked?
5. Not sure I follow this.
