Description of the new feature / enhancement

Just like screen snip (Win+Shift+S), a selection window appears, and the content of the selection area, if it is a QR Code, gets copied to the clipboard.

Scenario when this would be used?

Having a picture of a brochure on the screen, which has a QR for registration with no links, is common nowadays.
Just take a snapshot of the QR, and the link will be on the clipboard instantly. Instead of having to pull a phone out, copy the link and send it to the laptop.
