[PowerToys Run] Title bar accent color appears inside the search bar window

Steps to reproduce

After the update to 0.81.0, the PowerToys Run window shows a title bar with the accent color inside the search bar if Show accent color in title bars is enabled in the Windows settings. This also happened before, but was quickly overwritten by the Acrylic background, which didn't have this issue. However, 0.81.0 replaced the background with the Mica material.

It would also be nice to have an option to switch back to the Acrylic background instead of the Mica one, as I really liked the look of it and never had any problems with it crashing.
