Steps to reproduce

Two issues with the new Workspaces tool
Issue #1 Discord App won't be captured to be opened automatically.
Issue #2 chrome page webapp pinned on the taskbar won't be opened as it is being recognized as just a blank chrome page.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Discord should be captured and specific webapps also.

❌ Actual Behavior

Discord won't be captured and and pinned webpages are being opened as blank chrome pages.

It seems workspaces is unable to execute applications from a network UNC path. Workspaces works great for local apps.

Renamed the paths and program to stay generic. "A" is the same on both lines, and so forth.

Target: "\\A\B\C\App.exe"
Start in: "\\A\B\D"
