Description of the new feature / enhancement

When an app is open that is a member of the workspace applied, move the app window back to the workspace designated area if moved away, when the workspace is initiated again. Current behavior seems to be to open a new instance of the app in the designated spot, resulting in the app being open in two instances.

Scenario when this would be used?

Used when accessing an app that may be moved between monitors, or spaces on a large monitor. I, for example, have an ultrawide screen as my primary monitor and a portrait screen to the side. I like to leave Outlook and Teams open on my portrait screen for easy access and monitoring. If I want to dig deeper into my inbox or draft up an email, I like to move it over to my primary screen. It would be great to have a hotkey or the ability to simply move the app back to its spot on my portrait screen when I'm done with my active task.
