PowerToys Run shortuct doesn't work

PowerToys Run Shortcut doesn't work at all. try to call it with different shortcuts, but it never pops up.

The v0.18 worked well. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and everything still the same.

Same Issue. Try running PowerToys as Administrator and different shortcuts, but the search box never shows. v0.18 worked (but doesnt redirect to the correct folder).

Want to add that this is also happening here. Worked fine on 0.18.0, and reverting to it gets it working again.

In my case, with v0.18.1 "PowerToys Runner" is running, but not the "Power Launcher.exe". If I Force to start "Power Launcher.exe" manually it works. In versión v0.18 both process launch automatically.
