Environment

Windows build number: [10.0.18363.900]
PowerToys version: 19.1
PowerToy module for which you are reporting the bug (if applicable): FancyZones

Steps to reproduce

Have task bar at the top of the screen or the left side of the screen
snap a window to a zone

Expected behavior

correctly places the window

Actual behavior

Places part of the window behind the taskbar

Previous versions (18.X) worked correctly
