PowerToys version: 0.19.2
PowerToy module for which you are reporting the bug (if applicable): Powertoys Run

Steps to reproduce

Triggering PT run using custom shortcut (win + f)

Expected behavior

sharp and not blurry search bar

Actual behavior

blurry search bar

Could you provide a screenshot of 200% or 400% zoom? It's hard to tell the difference with the image provided, it doesn't look different than the taskbar.
