User Impact:
Low-vision users will be affected here as they will not be able to see the 'Name' edit field boundary as its luminosity ratio is less than required and hence users will not be able to assess it as a edit field.

Luminosity ratio of 'Name' edit field boundary with its white background is 1.6:1 which is less than 3:1.
NOTE
1: Same issue reproes for the 'Cancel' button's background boundary (Grey color boundary with white background luminosity ratio is less than 3:1)

Expected Result:
Luminosity ratio of 'Name' edit field boundary with its white background should be greater than or equal to 3:1 for a clear visibility of the edit field control
